Development Bureau issued the Technical Circular (Works) No. 6/2021 under the cover of letter titled as "Security of Payment Provisions in Public Works Contracts" on 5 October 2021.
This Circular sets out the policy on how to move forward the first step with a view to facilitating timely processing disputes before the enactment of the Security of Payment Legislation (SOPL) and takes immediate effect.
