Associate

Completion of 1-Day Adjudication Training organised by the HKICAdj;

OR

A minimum of 5 years working experience related to the built environment, law, arbitration, construction adjudication, or mediation.

Member

A degree or equivalent in the built environment, law, arbitration, construction adjudication or mediation; plus
A minimum of 8 years working experience related to the built environment; plus

Qualification as a full member of one of relevant professional bodies (HKIA, HKIE, HKIS, HKILA, ICE, RICS, CIOB, HKICM or equivalent); plus
Completion of 4-Day Construction Adjudicators Accreditation Training organised by the HKICAdj; plus

Passing the Member Professional Interview of the HKICAdj.

Fellow

Member of the HKICAdj; plus
A minimum of 4 years post-accredited construction adjudication or dispute resolution experience (HKICAdj might require the applicant to submit two or more copies of sanitised adjudication decisions written by the applicant within the last 4 years); plus
Passing the Fellow Professional Interview of the HKICAdj;

OR

A degree or equivalent in the built environment, law, arbitration, construction adjudication or mediation; plus
A minimum of 12 years working experience related to the built environment; plus

Qualification as a full member of one of relevant professional bodies (HKIA, HKIE, HKIS, HKILA, ICE, RICS, CIOB, HKICM or equivalent); plus
Completion of 4-Day Construction Adjudicators Accreditation Training organised by the HKICAdj; plus

Substantial experience in construction adjudication or dispute resolution (HKICAdj might require the applicant to submit two or more copies of sanitised adjudication decisions written by the applicant within the last 4 years); plus

Passing the Fellow Professional Interview of the HKICAdj.
