Minimum Qualifications Requirements:

Completion of 1-Day Adjudication Training organised by the HKICAdj;

OR

A minimum of 5 years working experience related to the built environment, law, arbitration, construction adjudication, or mediation.

One-off Application Fee : HK$900

2026/2027 Subscription Fee: HK$900

Minimum Qualifications Requirements:

A degree or equivalent in the built environment, law, arbitration, construction adjudication or mediation;

plus

A minimum of 8 years working experience related to the built environment;

plus

Qualification as a full member of one of relevant professional bodies (HKIA, HKIE, HKIS, HKILA, ICE, RICS, CIOB, HKICM or equivalent);

plus

Completion of 4-Day Construction Adjudicators Accreditation Training organised by the HKICAdj;

plus

Passing the Member Professional Interview of the HKICAdj.

One-off Application Fee : HK$1,100

2026/2027 Subscription Fee: HK$1,100

Minimum Qualifications Requirements:

Member of the HKICAdj;

plus

A minimum of 4 years post-accredited construction adjudication or dispute resolution experience (HKICAdj might require the applicant to submit two or more copies of sanitised adjudication decisions written by the applicant within the last 4 years);

plus

Passing the Fellow Professional Interview of the HKICAdj;

OR

A degree or equivalent in the built environment, law, arbitration, construction adjudication or mediation;

plus

A minimum of 12 years working experience related to the built environment;

plus

Qualification as a full member of one of relevant professional bodies (HKIA, HKIE, HKIS, HKILA, ICE, RICS, CIOB, HKICM or equivalent);

plus

Completion of 4-Day Construction Adjudicators Accreditation Training organised by the HKICAdj;

plus

Substantial experience in construction adjudication or dispute resolution (HKICAdj might require the applicant to submit two or more copies of sanitised adjudication decisions written by the applicant within the last 4 years);

plus

Passing the Fellow Professional Interview of the HKICAdj.

2026/2027 Subscription Fee: HK$1,300

An annual fee is required for admission to the HKICAdj panel and list of adjudicators. Eligibility for approval and listing is strictly limited to members or fellows who have successfully passed the interview process and received recommendations from the interview panel.
