THE FIRST ADJUDICATOR BODY IN HONG KONG
The Hong Kong Institute of Construction Adjudicators Limited (HKICAdj) is the first professional body dedicated to construction adjudication in Hong Kong. Established in 2018 under the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) as a non-profit company limited by guarantee, HKICAdj promotes excellence, integrity, and best practices in adjudication within the construction industry.Our mission is to advance the understanding and application of adjudication, ensuring fair, efficient and low costs dispute resolution for Hong Kong’s dynamic construction sector.
ABOUT THE INSTITUTE
The Institute was founded by a group of professional engineers, surveyors, architects and legal practitioners with profound adjudication knowledge and experience. It aims at promoting adjudication in the construction industry in Hong Kong.
MEMBERSHIP
The Institute is the first adjudication accreditation body in Hong Kong. Becoming a member and accredited adjudicator can enhance your professional status in adjudication and showcase your skills, knowledge and experience in adjudication.
APPOINTMENT
The Institute provides adjudicator nominating services. We have a well-established panel of adjudicators to deal with different types of construction disputes.
