HKICAdj is proud to collaborate with ICE HKA on the joint webinar "Reform to the Hong Kong occupational safety regime and what it means to you" on 22 November 2023.

For years, the Hong Kong Government has viewed reforming Hong Kong's occupational safety regime as the solution to reducing industrial accidents. The Occupational Safety and Occupational Health Legislation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill 2022 was passed on 19 April 2023, resulting in dramatic changes to the consequences of a person being convicted of occupational safety and health (OSH) offenses.
