4-Days Adjudication Training
Upon the effective date of the Construction Industry Security of Payment Ordinance (Cap. 652), this training course is suitable for professionals seeking to deepen their knowledge of the adjudication process under the Ordinance and embark their journey to becoming an adjudicator under the Ordinance.
The course structure covers a variety of topics including common ADR forms, contract law, tort law, rules of evidence, scope and key features of the Ordinance, fundamentals of construction law, valuation of variations, assessment of claims, extension of time, adjudication proceedings, adjudicator’s jurisdiction, powers and duties, determination writing workshop, etc...
