Mr. Jason Leung, Partner at JSM

is a member of the Firm’s International Arbitration Group and Cyber Incident Response Team. He has been appointed to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre’s Panel of Adjudicators under the Construction Industry Security of Payment Ordinance (Cap. 652) (SOPO). He is an NEC4 ECC accredited Project Manager, and is a member of the Panel of Adjudicator, Construction Industry Security of Payment Ordinance of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC). 

Jason focuses on construction-related legal proceedings, including litigation and arbitration arising from domestic and international construction projects.
