Qualified Solicitor, Accredited Adjudicator, NEC4 ECC Accredited Project Manager, and Chartered Construction Manager. With over 10 years of post-qualification legal experience and a 30-year background in the construction industry, he uniquely blends legal and practical construction expertise. Specializing in construction law and contract management, William focuses on drafting agreements, risk management, and resolving disputes through negotiation, mediation, adjudication, and arbitration. He is also actively involved in lecturing and knowledge transfer within the construction sector, sharing his insights at industry conferences and seminars to promote continuous learning and improvement.
