Vivian is the Head of Adjudication at Cocking & Co. LLP and a Senior Adjudicator on HKIAC’s Panel of Adjudicators under the Construction Industry Security of Payment Ordinance (Cap. 652).

She has extensive experience across the construction and engineering sectors in Hong Kong and overseas, with a practice spanning both front‑end project documentation and complex dispute resolution. Vivian works across the full project life cycle, with a particular emphasis on dispute resolution, and regularly acts for a wide range of industry stakeholders in adjudication, arbitration, litigation and mediation.
