About The Event
As an independent programming expert, Amanda will share with the audience the traditional role plays by the programming expert; delay assessment methods commonly adopted by the Contractors and Consultants in disputes, the benefits of engaging an independent expert in Adjudication and discussion on foreseeable difficulties.
Our speaker is:
Amanda Wong, an Expert in Programming with over 22 years of practical experience in Construction. She has extensive experience in Litigation, Arbitration and Mediation proceedings and also engaged as advisors in both public and private contracts. She provides NEC training to Developer, Consultants and Contractors and has been appointed to be the IPF – Independent Programme Facilitator in some major Government NEC Contracts. Amanda is an accredited Adjudicator with HKICAdj.
Specialising in: NEC Contracts, Delay Assessment, Dispute Avoidance, Project Controls, Schedule Risk Analysis, Case Management, Cost-Benefit Analysis, Project Audit.
